The application is available at www.dyzajnmarket.com/prihlaska. Close on October 6, 2019.
If you already filled in an application this year, you can log in to your profile and make the form filling easier. The form will automatically display the data from your last order, but you will have to re-upload the photos. You will also have the chance to download all the documents pertaining to the event and see what you ordered for the event.
What do you need to do?
1. Go to https://www.dyzajnmarket.com/prihlaska and click “I forgot my password”
2. Fill in the e-mail you used for your last application and click “Send”
3. We will send you a link to change your password to the e-mail you indicated
4. After you click the link in the e-mail, input your new password twice (to confirm that your password is correct)
5. Confirm the change and you will be automatically logged in to your profile
